Cope & Associates, Inc. (COPE) is a full service organization development, training, and consulting firm based in Vermont. Our team has served over 600 clients in the public, private, non-profit, and government sectors since 1991. Our primary areas of concentration are: organization development, strategic planning, succession planning, and community engagement; and training and development.

COPE draws on a vast array of tools and methodologies offering a unique and practical approach. We seek to build organization capacity by working jointly with our clients to create sustainable solutions that reflect innovation and act as a catalyst for future success. We measure all of our work in the same way as our clients, through the achievement of tangible results.
