COPE designs international survey and feasibility study

COPE was recently hired to complete a survey and feasibility study for The World Court of Human Rights Project. The project is a collaborative effort of judges, lawyers, academics, practitioners, and nonprofit groups dedicated to the theory and practice of court-based protections of human rights. COPE is currently conducting a survey of Chief Justices of the World to seek input and feedback on the Court's overall purpose, importance, and operations.  COPE will also be providing assistance on the design and implementation of a large scale feasibility study for the Project's Design Team.
