COPE to facilitate upcoming South Burlington Community Meeting
The City of South Burlington and South Burlington School District invite you to attend an upcoming Community Meeting on March 31st to share your thoughts and ideas of school concepts and city planning . “We are looking forward to gathering community input,” said David Young, Superintendent of Schools, co-organizer of the initiative along with City Manager, Kevin Dorn. “We want to hear what the community values in order to move forward with any options or changes involving the school district and/or city.”
To foster open dialogue and group discussion, COPE will be facilitating using The Big Deal™. The Big Deal™ is a community priority setting tool developed by COPE to help groups organize discussion and identify their most important issues. We have usedThe Big Deal™ throughout other communities with great success and excitement.
